Promotional Materials Report (Only available for US applications)

The Promotional Materials report is ONLY show for US eCTD, it provides a collection of promotional materials files contained in the currently opened eCTD. 

• View the Promotional Materials Report

Select Promotional Materials  from the Ribbon of Report menu.

All promotional materials files of the current eCTD are listed with its relevant PM attributes in the Promotional Materials Report window.

• Promotional Materials Files Filter

In the Promotional Materials report window,  you can search the files by PM Audience Type, PM Doc Type, PM Type, Material ID and Issue Date .

• Promotional Materials File Location

In the Promotional Materials list, Single click on a file can highlight the file in the Navigation Pane. Double click on a file can open the file in the document viewing pane.

• Export Promotional Materials Report

In the Promotional Materials report window, click the button Export to export Promotional Materials Report to your local drive or network drive.
