Interface Overview 



Icons instruction for Home Window

Operation Panel is located in the left of the home window  to provide access to Open, Discover Applications and Settings.

Open any eCTD Application/Sequence on your local Driver or network drive 

Discover all eCTD applications on your local driver or a network drive for quicker access. This step is essential to detected grouped submissions you may have.

Customize the preference settings for 'General', 'Display', 'Bookmarks', 'Ordering', 'PDF Window' or 'System log' as your need.

Return button appears when has eCTD be opened. Click it will return to the latest opened eCTD.

Recent Panel: List of the recently opened eCTDs.

Catalogs Panel: List of the eCTDs that discovered in catalog.

Pinned Panel: List of the pinned eCTDs.







Icons instruction for View eCTD Window

Menus are located in the top left of the user interface  to provide access to many system functionalities.
Click menu will show Ribbon to list options. 


Ribbon is collapsed by default. click icon can pin the Ribbon.



Navigation Pane provides access to application content, its structure and different ways to display the content.

/ Unpin/Pin Navigation Pane.

Open Search window to do ToC search and Studies Search.

Click on it can reload application/sequence.

Switch to Cumulative View, display all replaced and deleted file.

Switch to Current View, hide all replaced and deleted file.

Hide or display the corresponding modules in eCTD directory structure.

Reverse Module selections.( For example: Show M1 and hide M2,M3,M4 and M5 then click on , It will hide M1 and show M2,M3,M4 and M5)

Turn on/ Turn off Revision Filter.

 Turn on/ Turn off Bookmarks Filter.
Open Filter Settings window/drop-down list menu.

       

Lifecycle Icon Quick Reference:
Submitted documents can be revised through the use of Lifecycle Operations. Lifecycle operations and status of documents are indicated with the icons listed below.


Context Pane provides contextual information about the opened document in the active Document Viewing Tab.

Documents option, click it to select one of the opening document to view it in the current document viewing tab Or choose  the way of documents closure. 

Document Viewing Pane displays the content of a document.
